I've pretty much been using the same sponsors forever

1. Maxcash (First sponsor I ever used)
2. FlyntDigial
3. Cashquest2
4. VividCash

And most recently I staring using WEGCash and do VERY well there.

Other ones I've tried recently with great success are
1. PornDollar
2. MakeFuckingMoney
