If you want a HEAP of traffic and you're happy to do a tradeoff between volume versus quality then Choker can send 1-2k per hour in the "free_last_chance" niche (which is basically all his unsold clicks). Traffic comes from heaps of domains so it is difficult to track directly, but it's FAST. I have to keep switching it on and off so it doesn't crash my server - just now he sent 150 surfers in about 10 seconds...
