it's 20 years since I was in junior high and high school and it's just your perception, girls dressed slutty 20 years ago in junior high, i remember the painful boners these chicks would give me - girls who wore no bras, halter tops etc, weed was big when i was a kid then it sorta went passe with kids before making its huge comeback. About the only thing different today is the tattoos and piercings - and I do agree that a parent shouldn't allow that, the tats anyway cuz they are permanent.

Girls are more sexually active now, not sure they're having sex any younger because I knew alot of girls 20 years ago who were having sex at 13-16 - but it would be with a boyfriend - none of these orgies and the really casual sex I'm reading kids are having now.
