:stop Have program terms gone to far?

I just read throw the new, updated terms of one of my sponsors, and it's now forbidden to even mention there name, sites or url's without written consent and approval of the text including there name.

I may not link to them from an "obscene" web site.. (how am i to promote a porn site without using stuff that some people will find obscene?)

if i somehow spread a virus, intended or unintended, i will be dropped.

If a girl on my sites looks like she is under the age of 18, i will get dropped (no matter if i have proof of her age).

If a minor visits my web site i will get dropped.

They reserve the right to not pay for traffic they don't like, when they don't like it.

They reserve the right to change the terms at any time without any notice, and those changes are binding as soon as they got changed.

If they decide that i have broken any of this or the other 50 rules, my account will be terminated and all funds retained as liquidated damages. I will have no saying nor option to defend myself. there word is the law, and with all the extremely weak and 'we decides if it's okay or not' rules, im pretty much fucked if the want to screw me over...

I'm not a cheater, i've never cheated a sponsor and i've been in this biz for 5 years now.. I simply can't sign something like this.

How far can sponsors push there terms?! Don't they think we read it? that we just click 'OK'? that there are not a thousand other sponsors around?

or am i perhaps the only one who feels threatened by terms like this?
