OK, he likes tats and piercings, but you've had enough of his "hands on" experience in that area. Why not ask him to help you design a future tat, even if you have no intention of actually getting it inked?
You said he likes sports bikes... if you can handle it, why not head down to the local bike store and ask him to show you around a bit? It makes him feel like you value his expertise.
As for the sex, well... do some thinking about what you pack in that picnic basket.
