I would opt for hardcore chinese torture

Jail is also bad I suppose. But morality of serious chinese torture that wouldn't kill him is, imo, much more respecting to the fact that he is still a human being and perhaps shouldn't be just killed. maybe just tortured for 50 years then released if hes still alive. 50 years of chinese torture is pretty brutal.
