if ..umm.. a friend threatened to shoot up a place outside the u.s. .....
just wondering, this is all hypothetical...
let's say a friend was owed a lot of money by a processor, to make thigns easier, we'll give the processor a name.. oh idk, lets say verotel... so 'verotel' owes a friend lots of money, and for no reason at all, it's not being paid to him... if that friend made extremely serious threats to have the place shot up, could legal action be taken against the friend even though the processor is in another country?
