I think you should leave the threat assessment of other countries to the intelligence analyst's, who have access to all the data, it's evidently serious enough for multiple countries to be concerned about their weapon program.

You sure missed the point of everything I said. Name me some countries in the world that don't want to get nuclear weapons while you're at it. That's a lame fucking arguement, saying someone wants to get something doesn't really mean shit. It's about how close they are to getting and Libya wasn't remotely close. As I recall their largest stockpile of chem weapons was mustard gas and they really didn't have a means to deliver the shit in range out of their country barely. When was the last big mustard gas terror attack that you remember genius? You keep sucking his ass for handing over not much of anything in return for no sanctions and cash, I think the guy should be locked up or dead. No negotiations on that one.
