That's why I recommended Chico State (rated the number 2 party school in the NATION by Playboy... and was number 1 several years back).
So, not only can you get a decent degree, you won't have to worry about horrid traffic AND you can party your ass off in your free time.

I will definately look into Chico State. I'm not too worried about meltropolitans though, I live in the second biggest city in Holland (yes I know what is peanuts compared to US standards but still).
I just wanna get a decent degree basically. I wanna do something that doesn't consume my 24 hours in a day but is still something that I can have as a backup for if I ever need to apply for a job.
