Equating anti-spam with censorship is stupid. I could really care less about some decision in a foreign court either.
The thing that I DO know about spam is this; the only people that enjoy spam are the fucking idiot spammers themselves. Making spam legal does nothing except piss people off and it also clogs the internet. Imagine if 50 million people were to send out a million spam emails each, every hour of every day?
You certainly are entitled to defend the right to spam, but I am equally entitled to ridicule you mercilessly for it
