its recently come to my attention that a good friend of mine's account rep at his processor has been running his mouth quite a bit about my friend's account. people that he competes with know how many members he has, his processing volume, where he ranks in the general scheme of things at that processor, etc.

isnt there some kind of clause in the agreement that prohibits this?

what would you do?
