As I see it giving away a car to a webmaster with the most tracks or click-revenue is pretty pointless, as they can most likely afford the car anyway. However - it could be considered a reward for their loyalty.
Heh heh... a good idea would be to do it PLR Radio style, like when they give away the ARS reward points. Bascially, set a date for an Amateur Pages / Cash Tour IRC chat. The chat starts, for example, at 7pm. A member of the AP crew picks a number between 1 and 10,000,000. The webmasters have to guess the number... the winner gets the car, but they must have been on the AP program for 30 days or more, and must have an active account. Unlikely that someone will get it very soon with such a large range, you could be there all night. But it's great fucking fun... and I guarantee that's everyone's hearts will be going a mile a minute.
