and i don't think i seen anywhere where he said he was NOT going to pick a winner.. he stated he didn't like any of them at one point earlier on in the contest, doesn't mean he was trying to weasel is way out of it.

I guarantee he ain't going to pay anyone and that's why I'm busting his balls.
I don't care about his critisim of my design, that's expected in a contest.
He's just lame and stalling and waiting for the post to die so no one will care anymore that he didn't pay up.
He doesn't state that no winner will be choosed if all designs suck. He's just stalling and I'm going to bust him lame assed balls about it.
