I never said the indsutry was doing well. The whole industry is in a tough spot right now with everything going on.... Visa, Acacia etc..
Traffic is harder to get now aday and YES it is harder to convert too. No one signups as easily as they did years ago.
Credit Card processor SCRUB harderr then ever to keep chargebacks down. Surfers are more net savy.

But this is why people like me still succeed in this environement. I still look around and try to find the best traffic and the best ways to sell that traffic. There will always be hurdles, you just need to figure out how to get around them.
Jive this is NOT 1996. It is NOT easy to get and sell porn traffic anymore.
By going off on every sponsor out there you've effectivly cut off a source of "information" for you. Rather than going off on everyone and calling everyon shavers...maybe a better course of action would have been to stay level headed and befriended more program owners and higher up webmasters. Maybe you would have been able to learn some new traffic sources and news ways of marketing?
Or mabye if the sponsor owners actually liked you they may give you special payouts for your "oh so great traffic"..
But the bottom line and the truth is:
You had a decent list of Type In traffic. Type in trafffic doesn't convert as well as it once did in 96. Surfers are more net savy. As ratios got worse that's when you started complaining on the boards. WE HAVE ALL SEEN THINGS GET TOUGHER OVER THE YEARS!!! You're not the only one. Untill recently I've seen FPAs on your domains with invisible links to other domains. That SE trick died of years ago yet u still keep at it?
As someone else said recently. Shovel shit in and you'll get shit back. That about sums up your way of doing biz.
