Terms & Conditions page says:

So I guess you're good to go if your adult content isn't pornography.
Seriously, based on the FAQ I wouldn't worry much; that TOS is one of those boilerplate jobs and the provision in question looks likes it's written for sites like bulleten boards that allow user uploads to the site's server. But since I'm sitting here right now faced with the need to strip busted Fox counters off dozens and dozens of web pages, you can understand why I'd be a little nervous about replacing them with a counter service that says it is uncomfortable with pornography.
