I think the best exercise is swimming. It tones all the muscles at the same time and it's very easy on the joints. You burn a lot more calories without feeling pain. The other great exercise is dancing. You burn a lot more without getting bored as you do in a repetitive exercise. You don't need any diet supplements. Just eat less but in more variety. Substitute sex for food when you can.
