Coz some ppl are DUMB

most ppl get an email with no attachment no message no subject
they think:

"Oh maybe someone was trying to contact me for an important reason - I better get in otuch with them and see what it is about!"

phone sellers do this all the time nowadayas also
call your cell phone and hang up after one ring - so you call THEM back..then they spam you
see - you have foreited the "Im too busy right now" excuse because You called them.

I get calls like this all the time.
