Kayla, it actually helps just to suck in your stomach and hold it as long as you can, then let it out. Rest a few seconds and repeat. Do that as often as you can every day. It's not strenuous, but it does tone up those muscles. You can also work you bottom if you clench it the same way. Try both at the same time. It feels quite good.
