http://www.dubhost.com/ allows 400K files and movie files. Unlimited space.
http://www.erotism.com/ i believe lets you have up to 500K and allows movie files. Gives out 10MB of space.
The easiest thing to do is to go to the movie post type sites and see what everyone else is using. As for how good these guys are I have not idea
But if your like most people doing tgp and movie posts your site life is only a few months anyway, so if they do go up and down, just make sure and have a backup.
