ahh thanks RedShoe, I added
marginwidth=0 marginheight=0 and it works
now.. in IE AND Netscape..
So I guess this is the solutions, add
body leftmargin=0 topmargin=0 marginwidth=0 marginheight=0
to the body tag (WITHOUT "")
