no watch and the fingernails are a different colour, not to mention the photoquality is immeasurably better because it's not a real telephoto papparizzi shot. They've just got a black chick to sunbake in the same spot, got her to hold her legs open and taken some close shots.
really good fake though. theres maybe a 5% chance it's real and she put a new colour on her nails and took her watch off and the photographer suddenly moved 100m closer.
