If they make 65 sign ups per month and you redirect them to sponsors and make on average $35 per sale, then you make $2275 monthly.
if you redirect them to your own sites, then it's possible that a sale is worth twice that much, so in that case you would make about $4500 of them per month.
In the first case it is 28 months, in the second it would be 14 months to make $65k.... so i don't know why you're telling the price is based on 6 months income.
Having said that I am not telling that the domains aren't worth that much...just wonderig why you're telling you base the price on 6 months income, when it doesn't seem to be true.
