Real money is in renewals. Mostly 'cause people are getting used to their membership. If they have to take action to renew I'm pretty sure income will drop. But with all the scams that are pulled lately I am not one big surprised FTC comes up with these kinds of things. Some people try to abuse it and take their income one step further, then there's legal action and a paranoia surfer croud which takes everybody's income three steps back...
