Well this brings up an important question I think...
If the website has to give notification before a rebill... Does that mean you give the notification and then rebill right away? Or is there a specified amount of time between the notice and the rebill...? Are there other industries that have already set legal precedence for this? We aren't the only industry rebilling customers.
Worst case scenario: what if they take it a step further and require a response from the customer before a rebill can be processed -- if that was the case -- that would mean a HUGE reduction in revenue for all of us...! I doubt that would happen though...
