...which are linking IN ANY WAY to a dialer.

So if you or the sponsors site that you are advertising has, for example, beside the option to pay with credit card an additional option to pay per minute for international users then all these ads will be disabled until you remove this dialer link from your sponsors site.


This is a new policy and has started immediately today, adwords support wrote me this about this topic:

Previously, our policy allowed ads linking directly to dialers, or to
websites featuring dialers, to run within the programme in a limited
capacity. However, we can no longer permit the inclusion of these ads
within AdWords. Ads that may no longer be advertised via the AdWords
programme include, but are not limited to the following:

- Ads with a Destination URL that triggers a dialer
- Ads that link to a website that initialises a dialer after a set amount
of time has elapsed
- Ads that link to a website that includes links (webmaster content or
advertising content) to dialers
