Yep, that's Fergie. AKA Stacy Ferguson. I grew up with her here in LA when she was just another 7 year old who's parents were dragging her from one commercial audition to another (got a bunch of them though - she was on a Nickelodeon show called Kids Incorporated for a few years).
All that said, yeah, she turned into a damn hottie! The lips really make it for me...
