Quick and easy kick ass steaks.

Get a few ribeyes, I like the bone in ribeyes.

Shake on some sea salt and some pepper and rub it in on both sides.

Put some olive oil on the grill and get it pretty hot.

Throw on the steaks, let them cook about 3 minutes, then rotate them 45 degrees, that gives the cool crosshatch. 2 more minutes then turn them over and repeat.

Take them off the grill and coat them with melted butter, let them sit about 5 minutes and serve.
