I brought it here because he has not answered me for almost a week. No answer on ICQ, now answer to e-mails, no answer to the other threads I started trying to resolve this for several days.

The launch of a site depended on his work, and because he has not replied or kept me up to speed I have passed an important deadline. His decision to not make contact with me or follow through witt his end of our deal has directly affected our business.

I did not want to bring it here, but this is the only place I know he posts and visits regularly. I met him on this board and a thread I started on this board was the beginning of our business relationship. THAT is why I am now here AGAIN on this board.

If you had payed me for design work upfront and I gave you a general idea on when it would be done and delivered and then ignored you for a week and set you back, you would be a little pissed. As you can tell, I am now a little pissed. I believe when you quote people for work and design you require they pay at least a portion if not all of the money up front. I did that nd because I have been ignored for a week I am doing everything I can to find the good Dr. before I reverse the charges. I am still holding out that there could have been a miscommunication or he is having problems with his ICQ ....AND.... his e-mail. I have not jumped completely to the conclusion that I have been screwed, nor have I come out and bashed him for anything. I have only tried to contact him through any and all means possible.
