I'd be in favor of .xxx domains under two conditions:

1. If COPA is ultimately upheld by the Supreme Court.
2. If Congress would amend COPA to make the .xxx domain a "safe harbor," i.e., if you use the .xxx domain you can't be prosecuted under COPA.
