Depends on the girlfriend or wife. Not all women can deal with it or do it, nor should they. My wife and I are seperated but there isn't a chance in hell I would have wanted her to do it because I know her too well to know that even if she could have somehow gotten herself to do it I have zero doubt she would completely regret it down the line. Also, there is less than zero chance she would ever do it.
