You're missing my point nocreditcard.com probabely is reselling a dialer(GIB, Niteline etc...) find out by running their dailer which company they resell for and contact that company. I 'm sure it will be fixed fast after that.

FTC is probabely not such a good idea IMHO because I believe you should give the company that originally built the dialers a chance to sort it out with their reseller.
