Wow, that's a pretty tall order lol. I think it would help if you listed what you already know...any previous experience, HTML, different ways of marketing, etc.
If you are a true newbie, I would suggest some of the newbie boards like Netpond's and the like.
If you need to know how to script, try places like
www.weborverdrive.com or a great one for it's simplicity in analzone.com.
Really everything you need to know is out there....reasearch my man, research.
If you have specific questions, I would be more than willing to help when I can.
