So you have a newspaper in Iran saying they may have one source who refuses to be named that claims the US is unloading WMD in Iraq.
All you have is a newspaper source that cannot be trusted who may have one source who cannot be confirmed saying something that cannot be verified.
Not to mention that a member of the Iraqi Governing Council wouldn't be talking to anyone in Iran.
