initial response time from them is 2-6 weeks, fraud investigation can take an additional 6 weeks, so you wont see this $ for at least 2-3 months. I'm STILL waiting on my refund for a m.o that was stolen of mine, i lodged my initial complain january 7th...... i just (yesterday as a matter of fact) got the copies back from them to initiate the fraud investigation
