Yes, I turned him in to OSI (Office of Special Investigations). My other friends mother was the top ranking OSI officer on the military base we lived on.
This guy was court martialed and is probably still in prison.

yep shit happens....soldiers are just people, a few bad one always make it 2 a regular unit. We read about bad cops all the time.
