http://www.stargate.com for a few years now and have never had a problem. The only time I had to call customer service was to find out how to push domains into my account and they answered the phone and even spoke english.
I am on the bulk plan so domains cost me $7.75. You need to deposit $200 (was two years ago) to setup a bulk account otherwise domains cost $14.00.
