I don't know "Rick Latona" ...
I get so much junk email it's possible I just deleted his email.
If he wants to make sure I receive his communications then he must use a subject that starts with "SE_WEBMASTER".
I never open emails with attatchments and unless I know who the email is coming from - it's deleted instantly.
