No. I honestly don't. Not unless you are innondating them with so many ads they can not get to their content easily. If you get on the "pissing off" stage- yes. People will think it's a crap cookie cutter site and refuse to rebill.

I think now it is assumed business practice. Honestly that's how some companies generate most of their revenue. Or how they can make up for HUGE PPS when they have bad retention.
On revshare... I think you're safe. But if you're selling a whole lot.. why not give a bit back to them via a nice promotion or payout bonus?
Always a nice way to reward affiliates.
