Okay, honestly this depends on the sponsor you are using too. Are the sites converting? If not it may be time to switch a sponsor.
But first before you do that I suggest doing the following:
Change how you are linking to the site. If you are using text, change it to a banner.
If it is a banner, swap to text. If you have tried both- do an EXIT once they leave the members area.
Be blunt with them: "Want to jerk off with a bigger dick and have MORE sexual orgasms?"
Remember they are beating off. They really don't want to buy pills. But after they finish the jerking hit them then- when they are thinking like a woman.
