The rumor is slightly different....VISA is going to completely retire
from the credit card business.....they made enough and will now
relax, enjoy and spend the monnies they've made after many years
of successfull business......VISA will not be for sale.......
to ensure nobody else will benefit from their hard work except
other card issuers....this as a thank you for all the years of fair
and good competition........in April they'll just pull the plug and
stop processing.....

VISA cardholders will still be serviced during
6 months after the closedown to make sure their loyal users
will not be left completely in the dark in case of bad transactions
etc, etc......chargebacks will still be handled off during 180 days
after shutdown.....VISA would like to thank everybody
who contributed to their success.....and helped to achieve this early retirement.....

p.s. Sorry for this bullshit.....s...t...o...n...e...d so I could not resist
we now switch back to the usual program......
