http://spampal.org/ for your free copy. The reason it works so well is that it uses a combination of technologies, (i.e, blocklists, Regex, Baysian) and stupid spammers cannot get through all of them.
Also its written by James Farmer, a well known ANTI-SPAMMER, and good guy. Check out the site. They have a pretty big user forum too.
