Lastly, I do not have anything against muslims, I actually feel for those people in Palastine. Because they are fighting for equal rights to have control of their country.

For most people the Serbia-Albania thing doesn't make sense or they just beleive what CNN tells em, but here is a two very good examples for both my fellow Cannuks and Americans.

Canadian version:
Everyone knows quiet well that we have a larger Asian community in Toronto, God Bess Everyone in Canada. This is not a racial thing but just an example, I could have used anyone in this example because we are so multicultural :-)
They have streets named in Chinese, majority of those who live in that area are Chinese, Churches, Schools, Restaurants you name it. They hold the majority of that small area. Now Canada, being a free and democratic country says yes, you may immigrate, and prosper here, yes you have the right to practice your religion etc. Now imagine that community turning around and saying thanks for everything but now we want to be a country of our own, because we hold the majority of the population of that area. Canada would surely say no and if there were enough NUT-JOBS in that small group who would fight against it you would have another Kosovo.
Kosovo is Serbian land and country, it always has been and always will be. We cannot just give it away to a majority population just because they are a majority. No country would do that why would Serbia?

US Version:
California, especially southern California has always had a large mexican population and was once a part of Mexico. Now if that large population did the same thing as above do you realy think that the US would say, well hey you guys are right and here is your independant country or give it back to Mexico....never!

So remember when hearing all the retoric about muslims, serbs, albanians, croats etc...always try to look at it in another perspective and how would you react if it happened to you.

One final comment... I agree that there are a lot of fundamentalist organization out there, serb, muslim, jewish, catholic etc...but you can't hold the whole nation responisble for the acts of the minority. And you can't hold a nation responsible for defending itself from internal attack!
