It seems like I shouldn't have to point this out, but chimps aren't human. We're a different species. Black people and white people are both human. All primates aren't human, just us.
There are certain genes that decide our phenotype. Eyes, height, things that affect how we look (whithin the human race). The genes that keep us from being chimps have nothing to do with phenotype.
