completly false, many of our customers have been billed based on
average and not 95th percentile for 7 years now.
Ray, you are right. There are just too many hosts out there that use all sorts of tactics to trick their customers. What Shane mentioned is one of them, putting 30 customers, each paying for 10 Mbps on one 100 Mbps connection is another. It is truly sad what the industry has come to.
I have two suggestions:
1) Ask many many questions
2) Go with a company that has been in the business for AT LEAST 4 years.
