We need someone experienced to design our TGP site at:

The site should be clean and nicely designed, not too cluttered, and easy on the eyes. It will have columns of thumbnail images at the top and a list of links below that, all dynamically updated with the TGP script. Obviously more specifications of design will be discussed in detail.
We have a small budget allocated for this project, so please keep that in mind, it should be a very simple design, maybe a few hours of work.
A custom TGP script has already been installed, but I would like to discuss with you if it seems sufficient for our needs. If not, ap|tgp will be used.
