In order to comply with rules set forth by the card associations, a line of text will
need to be added to your website on the page prior to the Paycom payment form.
Although billing information is listed on the Paycom form, you must also add the
following verbiage to your site:
"Please visit Paycom.net, our authorized sales agent."
This new requirement applies to all clients processing transactions through an
IPSP account. We know that many of you have multiple websites and this will
take some time. However, this is a new compliance requirement and should be
handled with urgency.
Please send an email to
[email protected] once your sites include the
new verbiage so we can mark your account as compliant. Please insure that
your designers are aware that this language is required and must not be removed
at any time in the future.
