It's a no win situation when a breakup is going on or about to happen. And a bigger mess when a woman has male friends sometimes. I found out how 'nice' the male freinds can be when I was divorcing my ex.

A judge most likely would call it more or less a mutual combat and fine you both. lol IF it ever got to court. If your hubby keeps this guy as a friend... The friend enabled the whole thing it looks like.
