This may sound silly, but if I am getting your drift you are charging people for photography workshops correct? Which is not a high risk transaction. Why not ignore the 3rd party billers all together, get your own merchant account soley for this process and send the participating photographers a ticket so it becomes a delivered good. Any bank could set this up and it really is not adult by technical terms.
