Learn to buy valuable traffic then work it to the max. PPC is a great way to start for example. Put 100$ in a ppc engine and turn it to 110$. Do it 100 times a day and you make yourself 1k/day.
Another way is to put deals together for people who can afford to buy properties for large amounts. Investors are out there all the time and are always looking for ways to invest and move their money forward. If you know what they're looking for (ask them) and what you're doing, you can put winning deals for them and agree in advance with them that they will give you a % on the deal without you putting any money into the deal. This is the basic of business. If you understand this simple concept you can write your own paycheck every day of the year.
There are really many other ways but that should get you started.
