1st - FrontPage is a Microsoft Product
2nd - FrontPage is a Microsoft Product meant to run on under IIS on a Windows platform.
3rd - To run under Linux a layered product is required (by ChilliSoft)
4th - Microsoft runs to much of the Internet/web/desktop etc. now.
5th - IMHO FrontPage sucks and is for secretarys maybe.
6th - All the rest of the reasons I'm to leazy tp type out.
Conclusion is:
Use Dreamweaver and Notepad. Take a few courses in HTML, java etc. Hey, its all just a matter of tags.
